This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages, as well as occasional marketing and promotional messages, to customers who have booked an appointment, requested a callback, or submitted a lead enquiry form through our website at moonblademarketing.co.uk, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, customer support communications, and promotional offers related to our services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

To begin any service plan, a one-time initial deposit is required. This deposit covers the manual labor and technical costs of building your custom account, setting up your automations, and configuring your software tools. Because this work begins immediately to get your systems running, all deposits are non-refundable.
By signing up for a monthly plan, you agree to a recurring subscription charge.
• Billing Cycle: You will be automatically charged every 30 days from the date of your first payment.
• Payment Method: Charges will be applied to the payment method provided to us during sign-up. Email us at [email protected] if you would like to change your payment method.
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email if there are any changes to your monthly subscription rate.
We want our partnership to be simple. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, to avoid being charged for the following month, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the billing date will take effect the following month.
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
